COMPLETION OF THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT WORK OF AHU-A202, 203 - TIEN SON CANON FACTORY

Starting from November 25, 2021, the work "Dismantling and replacing AHU-A202, 203" of the Canon Tien Son factory project in 2021 was completed yesterday, May 11, 2022.

AHU (abbreviated as Air Handling Unit) is a heat exchanger and heat treatment device that cleans the air commonly used in HVAC systems. This technology is applied in most manufacturing industries that require high cleanliness such as pharmaceuticals, food, functional foods, cosmetics, electronics, microelectronics, semiconductors,...etc

 

After receiving an order from Canon, Thanh Cong rushed to place an order at the request of the investor with the supplier Daikin and performed preparatory work before the goods arrived. Transporting materials, installing backup wind pipes for 2 AHU

Moved AHU to factory on April 14, 2022.

Dismantle the old AHU and fan

Install new fan, motor AHU

Finishing and testing AHU 203

Replace control cabinet and new solenoid valve, connect new electrical panel and connect to BMS system

Installing AHU 202

By 11/05/2022 all work was completed, Thanh Cong handover to the factory.
