A TEAM BUILDING MEMORY

By appointment again, this year's team building program of Thanh Cong ME Construction Joint Stock Company is a journey to visit Uncle Ho's hometown.

From 6:00 am on June 30th, the convoy carrying 75 TCME members started rolling towards Nghe An, despite traveling a long distance, we were still excited and excited about the journey that would take place?

During 3 days and 2 nights in Nghe An, we will stay at Melia Vinpeaal Cua Hoi, a 5-star hotel complex with swimming pool and modern entertainment facilities, especially the pristine Cua Hoi beach, clear sea, green and bright yellow sun. We freely explore this place throughout the day and prepare mentally and physically for tomorrow's team building session.

And that day came, the team building program opened with a visit to Uncle Ho's hometown, here we were told stories about Uncle Ho's parents, relatives and interesting stories about his childhood life.

Afternoon is the time for beach games, under the hot summer sun, TCME members still have fun and play hard, laughter echoes on the windy beach, everyone is longing, thirst for victory, burn with all your heart with your teammates.

Thereby, it can be seen that the warriors of TCME are all very passionate and enthusiastic in everything, despite the difficulties and challenges, we still try to overcome and reach the Success with the company's name. It is not difficult when we all work together and unite to achieve the goal. Even though we won only one, that day we all achieved our goal which is the sustainable cohesion of the "Successful" extended family.

After that, the Gala dinner was a time for the members to relax after a day of sightseeing and having fun. We party together, chat and perform "homegrown" performances to contribute to the fun. The trip ended completely and meaningfully, it will be a memorable and unforgettable memory for each participant.

Hopefully in the coming years we will have more brilliant and monumental programs to continue the stories and memories kept in the Company Handbook.
